Asides from that, get to boots tomorrow and get some antihistamine (hay-fever) tablets and they do these electric allergy relief things- it's like a clicker that sends a very small electric shock across the bite/sting- reduces the histamine reaction.

I've been using one for all the mozzy bites I've been getting in the garden (they come right up on me- bloody things), as well as hydrocortisone cream and tablets- reduces the redness and itching really quickly- a few days for me, rather than a week or two.

My suggestion, although I may be a bit late with this one Tim, is...

Beer!

Either that or I'll voluteer to come and wee on you. Now that is a sick thought!

Pete

PS, bet it doens't hurt as much as when I took a swig from a beer bottle in the garden and felt a sting on my lip. I spat out the head of a wasp, leaving it's **** end stuck in my lip. Not long after, I could have blacked up and sang "Mammy" very convincingly. Made drinking beer a real challenge as it flowed out of both sides of my mouth nearly as fast as I put it in!

I tried it, convicted and execution without appeal. No luxury of the court system for sneaky blighters who attack without warning.

At least it was wearing the offical striped jersey so indicative of the criminal classes

lol

Well you know...all creatures great and small hehe
But actually having said that, one day a lady brought this dying bumble bee into the surgery on a tissue...(it was old age before you ask, they dont live very long)....she was crying and asked us to help it...

Needless to say we carefully took it in on the promise we would do our best and one of the vets stamped on it in the back
