Saving Private Ryan was pretty good.

I also really liked the Nightcrawler in Xmen-2 intro.

Trying to get CB2 on DVD at the moment, looks like it was a US release only. I suspect it's a lot worse than I remember, but the sound of that Lamborghini at the start is worth it alone

There is no definitve best opening ever, but Taxi (The scooter run is fantastic.) has to be up there with the best bike related opening sequences.
