I used to drink a lot more when I was at uni but now I'm grown up (27) I don't drink much in week, more at weekends but I don't drink every weekend.

When I worked at Tesco I used to supplement my crap work life with an over active social life. End result was 135 units of alcohol a week!!! Until recently although I drank a lot less still drank quite regularly.

Id say that yes you drink too much.

I now only drink when its sociable to do so. I wouldn't drink on my own.

Seriously though booze is dead easy to abuse. I stay off it through the week as I can't face working with any kind of hangover. However fridays and saturdays are terrible. Especially since i discovered BOXES of wine!!

My stepfather says the only excuse I need for a drink is to celebrate arriving home from work.

when i was 16 to 29 ish never had hang overs but when i hit 30 god they where worse than man flu but now i dont get them , unless i drink jd and coke at the end of the night. then i feel it
