So sorry to hear this MKB - after all your pschycing yourself up too also one of my worst nightmares! I often have dreams I'm late/not packed/on the wrong plane/train etc. Also one of the reasons I wont go abroad or on a train (apart from being phobic!) because of the sheer stress of it.

I'm sure that the two different dates showing in the paperwork will prove that they have got it wrong somewhere along the line and good luck with getting a refund.

What a bummer, still I would have checked details at least three times, names dates, flight no's etc. Good luck with the refund.

Awww hun gutted for you. You need to fight for your money back and more. work out how much a week off work has cost you and then you need compensation for NO holiday.

I would be walking in there with me CS can at the ready (joke).

Any consilation it is raining in Ibiza, (think negative and it may do, make ya feel better)

That is very unfortunate, you should have no problem getting the money back for the holiday due to their mistake.

However, I think your thread title should read 'WARNING - Check all your holiday paperwork when booking'.
