You could have lychee in jelly. They look a little like eyeballs with the stones in!
That reminds me. I love lychee. It's about getting to the season for them, isn't it?

as a fun thing, get a white sheet and have 2 adults hold it up, have all the kids line up outside and let one in at a time. Put a torch behind the sheet so it shines through, and ask said victim to follow it with his nose, drag the torch to the top where a 3rd adult waits with a wet sponge and get em in the face with it. Always funny to watch XD

I hope you all wear the correct health and safety personal protective clothing...
otherwise if a child gets hurt, their parents might sue. Sorry to be a kill joy....  'tis a sad day when fun is spoiled by Bureaucracy

Kitkat has suggested ghost biscuits and also feely boxes. Shoe boxes with a hole in the top and stuff inside for them to feel and say what it is and for a twist get someone under the table at the end with their hand in the box to grab the unsuspecting childs hand
