Crappy Swedish, overcooked but not crispy, streaky bacon and eggs for breakfast this morning.
Will have a proper Ayrshire bacon butty when I get home! |

Not too crispy, not too under cooked..
A double bacon and lorne* roll with butter and tomato sauce is heaven.. Guess what I had this morning?  *Flat Square sausage for anyone on the wrong side of the border**.  ** Jokes

Its the Only meat I like to be cooked more than rare, dont do Crispy but has to be cooked enough to get the fat out

the only way bacon should be is cooked is til it is almost burnt (very very crispy) then left to cool, brown sauce on a a soft roll.
