try a bit of clove on your tooth or in the gum near the tooth.. or even better try bite into it gently with the sore tooth (tastes like carp but it does the job).. its a natural anelgesic (spelling???)

"It is a natural analgaesic and antiseptic used primarily in dentistry for its main ingredient eugenol. It can also be purchased in pharmacies over the counter, as a home remedy for dental pain relief, mainly toothache;"

thats if the dentist not open..

Hey Lozzo,

get on the phone to NHS Direct. Often intense tooth ache can be due to an infection and you may need an antibiotic and a pain killer. Any Medical Doctor can proscribe that for you. So have a chat with them.

Be careful with prescription pain killers, the side effects can include constipation, biting on the door handle afterwards can make your tooth hurt more!

Hugs,

Your favourite Dirty Lezza

yup. clove oil and nurofen m8.. will only give you about 4 hours relief before you have to take them again. also try taking some brufen as well (will help with inflammation if there is any).

I'm off to see the emergency dentist tomorrow morning between 9-30 and 11am. I'll be there at 8-30am to make sure I'm first in the queue.
