Yeah, it gave Jen a bit of a shock! Although I didn't tell her until she was home after work so she could see I was actually alright, rather than worry her at work and risk her crashing on the way home herself

Quiff, Shoulder is fine in the grand scheme of things - nothing broken, no serious damage, just strained muscles (not sure if it'd be classed as whiplash or not?) and I've been referred to the Physio, but it'll be fine given some time

I sustained muscle strain in my crash all round my shoulders , it's uncomfortable - ibuprofen helps.
