It's good, but when I watched it the facial expressions of the kids just disturbed me a little. I think the creators had their sights set a bit high, and perhaps technology was lagging behind somewhat.

Elf is an all time classic though. Ferrell's best film maybe.

A christmas carol (1956 i think), with Alastairi Sim as Scrooge. I found it terrifying when I first saw it as a small child!
