This is why I tend to sail/drive when crossing the Irish Sea, takes a really bad day to stop a 22000 ton ferry!
I had a friend who was sat in Belfast City Airport for 3 hours with no information on Monday, thankfully her flight was one of the last ones that flew that night.

The really annoying thing about it though was Gatwicks website was saying the flight was on time and even the easy jet website that is "updated every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day" said it was due on time. Flight should have landed at 20:45 and at 21:30 their website were still saying the same!
