if its any consolation (sp) Shell, i dont get hangovers altho waking up Wednesday morning in mega pain and not remembering Tuesday night meant i had to take lots of pain killers

+1 no so sure on the Sudafed, never tried that.

Once I can stomach some food either Ham & Cheese omlette with bread & butter or Sausage & Egg Mc Muffin x2

In addition to my post above,

Prepearing your body before a hangover apparently helps reduce the impact of it. i.e. by making sure your body is adequately hydrated in order to cope with the alcohol intake, making sure you have food in your stomach in order to slow the absorption of alcohol etc.

I cant provide a link because I cant remember where I read it
