I am just about to start making a leek & potato.
However, my personal favourites are always Broccoli & Stilton and asparagus (make that tomorrow). Making soup is dead easy, nutritious and fresh ingredients. Give it a go

Has to be homemade stew n dumps. Had our second lot last night...always better the second day.
Orr....my German grans pea and ham soup (erbsensuppe). Made for over fifty years in exactly the same way. Still got to get her round to my house to pass on the recipe
