Straight to plod with it.Give them the number and the list of times.I believe if you report it as a formal complaint they will have to investigate, and it would be easy for them to show any link to your current court case.

I had to do this a couple of years back, the police were brilliant, very helpful and - although it was my mobile that was getting the calls and not my landline so slightly different to you - Vodafone were brilliant and immediately changed my number after I gave them the incident number ![]() Gave me chance to clear out numbers in my phone book as well ![]() Like has been said though Tim, no matter how tempting it is, don't play them at their own game, report it, speak to your phone provider and go from there ![]() |

Ok so this is a bit late... but I only just seen it.
My nan had this a few years back, which with her being old and living on her own she was scared. The called did the same and forgot to withhold his number, so I took the number and gave him a call. I made up a name of a policeman, PC.... and just explained that we have recieved a complaint about nuisance calls and that if he wanted to take this further then we can do that, otherwise we suggest you stop making these calls. Worked very well and she didnt recieve another call. Whatever you do, dont ring the kid up and be yourself, there is no scare factor and he'll keep doing it. |
