Tell me about it,
I'm thinking of taking off the exhaust, well the front cylinder Pipe (not the rear as it isnt really seen) and acid etching it with a electric current to strip back the layers to get a nice clean as new look. But the bolts at the cylinder look rusted to feck, might be more hassle than its worth if I shear a bolt. |

Don't try take the nuts off if they are so bad, grind through nuts then tap off. Studs will come out with plenty heat and penetrant oil.
