Took me 40 minutes to do a 5 minute journey from home to the nursery, about two miles, and that was with abandoning car in a car park half way and walking the last mile. Carried the wee one back to the car on my shoulders. Bloody idiots need to go and live in Norway and learn how to drive. Theres only an inch ffs!

We had snow here but it melted. There will be a lot up in the hills in south Shropshire. Now very cold. We left the heat on all day.

I want the hottest summer on record to compensate for this coldness.

Still snowing here.

Think I'll be walking to work in the morning, can't expect Pete to drive me in these conditions.

Thanks, Dave. Luckily, I got the satellite signal back just before the footie started!

Wev'e got proper snow here too

I had a bad run back down the M6 tonight too.

They hadn't gritted it and all 3 lanes were covered in a deep mush.
35mph all the way from Brum... Deep joy!
I had the car slip out on me in the middle lane when some knobber decided to pull out with about 6 foot spare.
The back end swung out and my ar$e bit deep into the seat but all is now good.
Thinking of taking the KTM to work tomorrow if its still bad
