I let very few places or people work on my bikes, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Essential, they have done all my MOT's and tyres for a number of years and a few small jobs when required to,their prices have always been competative and I've had no qualms with that, I've not needed them to do any major stuff, but given they are quite happy for you to watch and my past dealings, if I needed someone else to do that sort of work they would be my first choice, whilst I don't know what qualifications the guys there have,but I've seen the way they work and am impressed, diagnostically I can't see me ever needing anyone, of course for those less experienced , perhaps finding someone you trust is more a priority.
