We wouldn't stop someone applying on age if they were right for the job. We just want someone keen, self motivated and happy to put in long hours when required. During Test matches it can be 7am to 9pm five days running. And we have 3 of those this year.

And of course you don't have to be a young good looking male - I'm just being selfish.
