noticed this morning the damage is worse, not only is it gouged out but the wing is pushed in. looking back it would have made more sense to take photo's of my car parked there. would i get more luck chasing the council as they did not give warning that the works would be taking place and the area wasnt marked off with "no parking"

During roadworks outside my home, I came back to find the roadplates they had stacked against my garden wall had blown over onto my car damaging the paintwork and a small dent.



Despite my photos of the plates on the car, they denied any responsibility and refused all requests to make good. It just wasn't worth pursuing them

Yeah tim dont think i'll bother, just repair it when the weather warms up....repair it again, the same wing and bumper that i repaired last summer due to it being hit and run in town..... i dont i'll be buying a beemer or merc
