Nah the standard shocks are crap when they're new.

You ever take a pillion or heavy kit?

Also what weight are you really? 193lbs is 14 stone and 83kg is 13 stone


If you are really on lower side of that SRAD 750 is nice, higher which the chassis really needs. If you are on higher side then 03-06 ZX6R shock is good, but too short.

BUT these are all adjustable shocks. You'll still need to tweak a bit to get them to work. If you want fit and forget, fit a hagon.

And they are more than capable of carrying dead weight on the back. In that I mean truck loads of luggage, everything and the kitchen sink

No, the 750-SRAD shock is like a 400lb/in spring where ideal would be like 650-700 region. It really can't carry the kitchen sink without bottoming out everywhere. Forget pillion use too.
