It was very windy on the M53 this morning, esp around where the M56 joins it, trucks joining from the left at 60 - 70 and BMWs overtaking on the inside at 80 - 90, and me being blown around. I've learned how to deal with this, it's usually get into lane 4 and crack the throttle wide

Yeah but we dress for it, and don't ride our bikes in the winter! Plus you don't tend to get it really really cold in the morning but then sweltering in the afternoon like it is here at the moment.

Suppose it was my fault yesterday for not wearing my undergloves, that was the coldest bit of me.
