Town here. Prefer city myself but it's a nice change for now, I guess.

Western edge of London for me, just inside the M25. I'd love to move further west into the country, but the Chilterns have been monopolised by people on much bigger salaries than mine.

On the edge of a small village (65 houses) looking out over countryside. Love it here and feel lucky to be here.

Small village, with approx 1500 people, countryside, love it.

But renting a place in Aberdeen, both have their cons and pros.

Ten minute walk from the town centre, but 10 minutes riding in any direction and we're into countryside and good roads.

Best of both worlds.

I live in what used to be the Second largest village in England, its now been combined with the local town to make a vert large, chav central, council estate very large and mostly usless town, However within 10 minutes of driving I can be within a pretty decent town. And also in the country side, depending on the way i travel.
Also within a 10 minute walk I can be totally lost in fields, which are just gettin smaller and smaller to due to development.
God i want out of here, I wanna be in the countryside.
