don't you use wax or something?

just fit scottoiler and turn it up high, that will stop corrosion

yup i use belgom polish but don't seem to stop the corrosion

I think that must be where hes going wrong, ya see behind the chain is where I never can be bothered to scrub, so its permanently cacked with oil. However for the sale of the black SV I had to scrub a bit with SDoc cleaner, for the beauty shots!

BTW SDoc has a corrosion inhibitor, I shove anything on my bikes that will stop rot....must be whats holding them together, cause the suzuki cheese bolts can't lol!

I wouldn't have thought that Belgom would be abrasive enough. Autosol is slightly abrasive so removes the corrosion. I do use some other metal polish (can't remember what its called) I sometimes use after the autosol, comes from Cornwall, and smells of cow weee, but shines up nice, and puts a protective coating on so water beads away from it.
