I see a guy in Oxford every day with a Blade. He has a renntec rack with a Givi box bolted to it (via the Givi monolock plate I'm assuming).

I'd say that is a better solution as you still have the rear seat available for people / extra luggage.

Topbox is ok on some bikes,hard luggage on others,but to me that spoils the look of your bike.

Come on people it's a top box on a sport bike. Of course it's going to look ghey. It's not a styling accessory it's for practical reasons only and will be fitted to the bike 2 weeks a year max.

I am not carrying a pillion, not even insured to so that's not an issue.

Stu, pics of your ZX setup would be good cheers.
