Lets be honest, unless it is illegal, it is much more likely to embarrass the user and thus stop if you have a gentle word with them. A bit silly to risk your position by having that in your browser though, so your words may well wake them up to what they risked. Good luck, just do not black mail them, because that can back fire too!

Quiet word this time, but if like us you have weblogs which are kept, then clearing your caches make no difference. Just don't do it at work...

Actually we filter aggressively too, so it is rare you can actually get to a bad site, if you attempt and get banned my team get notified what site it was and when, which will also prompt a quiet word.
