Tiny smear on a bit of kitchen roll and rub it into the inside of the visor. It's alright unless you get water inside. Pinlock is definitely the way to go.

For my old helmet I bought an anti-fog sticky insert from Hein Gericke and it worked wonders. If I remember correctly it was made by a company called Fog City. It cost about a tenner and involved no holes, no drilling and no spraying... perfect.

As for winter gear, I just used to wear a balaclava or wrap a scarf round my neck to keep my warm in that department.

As of yet I have never managed to keep my hands warm. Even tried wearing two pairs of gloves and it did nothing. I recently purchased some Alpinestars Jet Road Goretex gloves which I have been told are very good in the cold so hopefully that'll do the trick come Winter.

Fog City sticks to the inside of the visor and works a treat.
