What you on about side play/end float? Swingarm is by design free to float side to side... shoulder on spindle needs to clamp bushes against frame, dust seal with steel washer inside is what gives it its lateral location. (needle rollers in swingarm are not thrust bearings)
Problem is; Spacer tube is too long which means dust seal/washer does not contact swingarm meaning you have that amount of free play (end float). You want to do maths of how much force it takes to move a bushing that's clamped against the dogbones @ 65Nm or whatever it is? Or even test it. I have seen a lot of these in bits, if there was play here then you would see obvious surface impact evidence, that play is couple of thou... lot of energy in a couple of thou with a 200kg lump hitting ripples at 120mph. Just same as your swingarm pivot clamps the bushings as a solid lump. Given friction, and minimal play which exists any angular play is absolutely minimal.
