Well the ebc ones are in stock at my local place so im going to measure up tonight and see where i stand. Wadda ya think >1.5mm leave till after the gm <1.5mm do now?

Hmmm not too sure mate. Better to be safe and change I guess...

the grove is I believe, to help with leading edge, its helps braking performance.

Don't try Rob. He is away for fortnight. Inconsiderate bugger, I need a tyre!

How long brake material lasts is dependant on how much you brake.

I have some used pads for strumpet here with loads left on.

No way is there 8-10mm of material on new pads... look at space in between sides of caliper you f*ckin nuggets.

10mm + 10mm + 5.5mm disc... how big is hole...
