I used to have pet ferrets, they were great like. Wish I could get some more but as I appear to be moving house every six months the guinea pigs are enough for now!

I take in ferrets that have been abandoned, cruelty cases, people can look after them, bred too many, yada yada yada...

I then neuter, vaccinate and rehome them to people who actually want them
