Wow, did well to keep that upright, well done.

Never hit anything bigger than rabbit/pigeon/pheasant personally, though pheasants are enough! Nearly reprofiled a Yorkshire terrier once but it swerved away at the last moment thank goodness.

Don't know if it's urban myth, but I recall hearing you can pick up road kill as long as you didn't hit it yourself (the person behind can collect it). Sounds a bit Wiki, someone will no doubt correct it. Can't see plod being interested though.

old dear, wild dear, now a dead dear that is costing me £500 to put it back on the road. And I live in east right on the east coast, near felixstowe. Yes thats right I technically wasn't allowed to pick it up but there isn't anything stopping my dad from collecting it lol

oh dear.................................

.......... Well done for keeping on the bike though. Most instances I have heard of this happening have resulted with the rider in hospital.

I really didn't want to open this thread...if it had been an old dear being hit at 60 I really don't think I would have wanted to see pictures

And well done for staying on and now you can join Dizzyblonde in the Bambi-killing corner
