Buy German para boots, again the army surplus place in Liverpool - it's called Callans - has 'em, but so too will others, I paid £30 for mine Grade 1 and I can HONESTLY say that they're the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever had. They look a bit thuggish but I couldn't give a toss

Sorry Daz for the derail. mods you might want to shift this lot out into a new thread.

Broken in? Already done for you. I went and polished mine when I read the earlier stuff, had applied the polish but not polished it off so they look a bit dull, but here are some pics to show how they really are damn fine boots:

For thirty quid - they're fantastic.

Ugg boots? Got to say daz they'll be a good method of contraception if any young fellas are sniffing around in a year or 2... got to be the least flattering footwear ever seen.

Girls, for f***s sake, shuffling around in a sack and a pair of slippers, you trying to look like geriatrics? Make a bloody effort.

Para boots are brilliant, god knows how many miles mine have done but they're still waterproof and only just starting to wear through at the heel... They're that good I'm even considering having the cobbler put some new soles on them for me (they're now para-slicks)
