Come on Dave, play fair with the poor girl, she has enough to put up by way of your good self.
I know the garage is currently holding up the house, but if you get it erected she will 1) be able to use that paint she has bought to paint the house. 2) allow you to store her trike in it. Compensation is with such a bloody small garage and a trike you will have no option but to store your bikes in the warmth now you have heating. Oh take the ex beanie bike out the kitchen before the Garage goes up or you may not be able to get it out. Gemma would like a permanent kitchen sculpture I am sure of it.
