Definitely an early bird, keep waking up 4.30-5 at the moment, even if the rooms blacked out my brain just seems to know its getting lighter and makes me wake up!!

I can wake up early if needed but I need 7-8 hours kip otherwise I'm more of a bear than normal.
Can't really do late nights - Normally well asleep by midnight even though I try.
I can lie in at the weekends but I nromally wake at around 7/8 before!!

I'm not normally asleep before the Shipping Forecast comes on at 12.45 and my alarm goes off at 5.45 latest every day just in time for Farming Today. You'd be amazed how much random info I know about milk quotas and visibility in the far flung coastal regions of Scotland.

I don't seem to need more than 5.5 hours sleep a night but according to a recent study this is a good thing:

I get up early every day. During the week the alarm is set for 5.50am. That would be the latest I have to get up to go to work. But I hardly ever wake to the alarm. I'm normally up way before then. I got to bed around 11ish but not to sleep until gone midnight.

I do get tired by the end of the week but there doesn't seem to be much I can do about it. My body refuses to stay asleep and every now and then I don't get any sleep during the night at all.

I have to be in work by 8am but most days I'll be sat in the office an hour before that. That's after commuting over 70 miles.

At the weekend I'll wake at my normal 5-5.30 am and try my best to go back to sleep, after an hour of tossing and turning, I'll get up.

I'm being made redundant at the end of the month. Wonder what the hell I am going to do for the first three hours of the morning whilst waiting for the rest of the house to wake up. Playstation me thinks.

Might want to buy some headphones before then. The rest of the house doesn't need to hear "*blam blam blam* BAMBI!!! *budda budda* *eeeeoooooow KER BOOM* Rack of beef!! *KABLAM* YaaaAAargh" at 5am.

Oh, and don't play anything frustrating/with voice chat. Even if only you can hear the game, they'll still hear you shouting 'EFF OFF YOU EFFING CAMPER' at the TV.

I can do both, just swap between. Most probably because I work 3 shifts and have to swap between.
At the weekends I'm up no later than 8, but normally awake an hour before then. And I'm never asleep before midnight. I don't need much sleep

Non working days, in bed by 10, up usually by 06:30

Work days depends on whats going on, as I have no set shift pattern

Would love to sleep in but just can't do it, my internal clock was reprogammed when I was a teenager delivering newspapers

Night owl.

Quite frequently stay up till 3am odd at the weekend with ease.

Loath getting up before 9-10am. Never at the weekends, and like death warmed up until i've had a coffee at work. Some mornings, I don't remember half my journey in on the bike :S

When I work days I have to be up at 6am and It's a nightmare. The come 10pm when it's time to go to bed I am wide awake.

If I don't have to go to work I can happily lie in bed for hours just chiling.

In an ideal world I would have 10-12 hours sleep every night! How people survive on less than 7 I never know. After 12 hour day 4 day shifts I have to have a good 12 hour sleep just to get over them.

I find night shifts easier. As long as I have had a good nights sleep (over 8 hours) the day before staying up till 8am isn't an issue.
