Haha no worries, glad I could help...

Think about me when you're on the road, I will be stuck on a dirty small oil rig in the middle of the North Sea with no alcohol in 100 miles for 5 days when you lucky cants are having fun!

I think I may have been on that with Smeggons and Pete and Lissa, was fun.

That Leadhills road seems like I should go there on the way up to Oban, which way is best to try it?

from a to b as i have posted...

nice long fast sweeping bends for the first section then after the main road part you are on to a bit more technical stuff. makes for a nice circuit.

if you want take this route to the site then thank me later. you will use 3 tanks of petrol though

I need to go to Oban first to use far, far more petrol out on the water! What's another tank lol. Fatalism has won in the battle with pump prices, I'm destined to be skint and cycling to work but sod it, I need the buzz!

Wait til you come to the AR, I can assure you, there will be slightly more than 1000 sheep where you'll be heading

Mind you, if we're not restricted to just naming roads in the UK, the road from Bergen to Voss in Norway is just awesome! Tunnels, fjords, twisties, straights, stunning scenery. It really does have it all.
