Had a tumble off the bike on Wednesday evening on my way to work. It seems the cable from my heated grip on the throttle side had somehow got pulled tight (don't ask me how, it's never moved before), which led to my throttle sticking open as I was slowing for a tight bend. I can reliably inform that trying to stop the front wheel while the engine powers the back wheel leads to a rather unstable bike and a meeting with the floor. Fortunately it was a slow speed (about 20mph) and only a couple of hundred yards from my house. I have a bruised knee/hip/shoulder, and my bike has a broken front offside indicator (again!) and broken rear brake peg (again!). So I may give tonight a miss, or I may pop out to see you guys...I'll see if I feel like riding in a couple of hours. |

I Maybe there late tonight so long as it does not rain in the time it takes me to to get the bike out of the garage
