I have a Scorpion on my Z750 - that sounds good, got it second-hand from ebay for about £100
I have a Freeflow-Systems can on my SV, also sounds good, cost about £100 from ebay, but was new - rumours have it that Freeflow-Systems are Beowulf selling unbranded to the cheap end of the market. Don't really see the point, beyond bragging-rights of spending more than about that.

I do like the 'FUEL' pipes and the cost is very attractive especially recieving the discount from this forum, I really am not to fussed about HP otherwise I would've bought another Bandit. With twins, to me it's about fun, torque and sound! Thanks to everyone for their opinions! Keep 'em coming! Bob |

Depends on your budget, but if I was buying again now. I'd be buying something made by Remus. I think for the money though the Fuel can you are looking at is hard to beat IMHO.

I know everyone says that adding a slip on can doesn't increase hp.
But isn't the cat on the SV near the exhaust can, I've got a fuel exhaust can on my bike, and I've taken it off (OMG that was loud!) and I couldn't see a cat anywhere in the pipe. So I think it was removed when the previous owner put the fuel one on. So wouldn't remapping it make a noticeable difference, as it is now cat free? I've also got a K&N air filter if that makes a difference. |
