But if you run, surely you hit the rain faster, resulting in being wetter? Weather (lol) this is enough to tip the balance I dont know.

Not quite sure how one would scientifically test this though.

Glass can be both, depends how hot it is .

Glass, at normal temperatures (i.e. your windows) is a liquid - albeit supercool.

If you took a micrometer and measured a section of a 10 year old single pain glass window the bottom would be thicker than the top - even though it started off being uniform thickness.

I don't think the added drive would be substantial enough to out weigh the time exposed..... Ussain?

You get hit by exactly the same amount of rain per second, whether you are running, walking or standing still.

So because it takes less time to get places when you are running, you'll get less wet. Simple

correct runing though rain makes you wetter as driving it into clothes.

Yes in all states glass is liquid has no crystalline struture so it flows very slowly as tommy has said very old windows are thicker at the bottom.

Anybody know the answer to this: when is water at it max density?

When it's just about to freeze?

Mythbusters did this.

You get less wet when you run.

But then again only up until a point. Once you are totally wet it doesn't matter either way.

I'd agree and say 0.1 degrees. Is this science day?
