Not seen that brand before, can you get replacement visors easy?
Box are distributed by Oxford Products and have been on the UK market for at least 7 years, you can get visors almost anywhere. That helmet has the same chinbar mech as the Nitro and LS2 flips and the same internal visor mech too.

But then it all comes down to fitting.
That would be great if the Sharp ratings were worth the paper they're written on. Their testing system is seriously flawed. There's no way on earth a piece of crap Caberg V2 407 is a safer helmet than any Arai, and anyone who believes so is a fool.

dont know about the caberg v2 407 but i cant fault my caberg vr2 unlike a arai its got a proper strap fastner not these old d rings that you strugle with, and fray with use, and it comes with a sun visor and pinlock ready,so by my reconing as good as a arai may be they come up short on spec

A proper strap fastener is a double D ring. With a seat belt type the strap can loosen over time and they rarely get checked and adjusted by their users, with a double D ring it always gets done up to the correct tension. My Arais are both 5 years old, both have had a hell of a lot of use and neither strap is fraying. I don't find them fiddly at all and can do mine up and undo them with one hand (Btw, that's with my left hand, the hand that was affected by my stroke) - I find I have to use two hands to line up the seat belt fastener on my Nitro flip front.

You can't wear any helmet with a seat belt fastener in any FIM sanctioned race, you have to use a double D ring fastener for safety reasons.

If you'd ever owned an Arai or Shoei you wouldn't think so highly of Cabergs. I've sold all manner of helmets both retail and wholesale, there really is no comparison between the likes of Arai or Shoei and whatever else is on the market.

All Arais come pinlock ready, and there's a perfectly good reason why Arai will not fit an internal sun visor to any of their helmets. They feel it decreases the amount of inner protective liner compromising the safety of that part of the skull and leaves a gap between the outer shell and the inner liner that allows the outer shell to move too far in towards the skull without absorbing any impact. Both perfectly good reasons in my opinion.

Sharp ratings aren't given on spec, they're given on their skewed idea of safety.

the seat belt type on a caberg has built in adjustment and once set up it can be clicked up tighter or looser, and i dont do FIM sanctioned racing and dont wont to carry 2 pinlock inserts every time i go out and spend 5 minutes on the side of the road taking the visor off and swapping the insert because i cant see when the sun goes down, and find having a sun visor a blessing when the sun is low or very bright,as to d rings they do fray and have seen a few sent back for free warranty replacements
