My agenda was:

Walk the dog via the footpath beside the demolition site at the end of my road, to see what the crashing noise was that woke us up at 7:30 this morning - it was a farking great wall beside the road they clearly decided to take down while there was no traffic about. Dig in some more (home made) compost to the vegetable beds and cover them with black plastic to keep out the weeds and help the soil warm up a bit. Then tidy up the drawers in the garage so I can find things again.

Now come indoors as my fingers had gone numb with the cold.

Later I will yet again be Dad's free taxi service for my fourteen year old...

Cold, windy and rainy here so the bike is staying covered over in the garage until things improve.

Just back from a hilly 50-miler on the push iron. Rather tired...

Just got back from a trip to the windy coast and back, rained quite a lot but I enjoyed it anyway...it was a much needed bimble

And I have tomorrow covered...I need to get some loctite for my skidmarx rear hugger screws! Was flapping for a bit today

Well i spent another 4 hrs this morning/afternoon working on my fairing i'd sprayed(rattlecan) pearl nebular black recently. Took 4 hrs yesterday to do the right side, 4hrs today to do the left side. I've uploaded a pic of it to show before/after results-had the horrid orange peel effect which i flatted back with the wet&dry, and then used rubbing compound and then polish, the result can be seen in the photo, i'm well pleased!
Fitted them, smiled and admired, got my leathers on and went out for a hoon around the twisties! Up past Whiteways(where the local bike meet is), down Bury hill, through Fittleworth and on to Petworth, then a loop round to Fittleworth and back up Bury hill, past Whiteways again and then on to Arundel and on way home a stop at my parents....then home!
And the fairing was still attached to my bike so i can only assume i done a good job of making up my own brackets too!
Then B&Q for door handles/knobs, then sit down and rest knowing i done good stuff today!

Just got back home after 14h of driving a bus and I simply don't feel like I'm going anywhere else but sofa via fridge (cold beer)

Yep was a bit windy, very gusty on the A5. When I got back I finished digging a veggie bed I started last October...

Take youngest to clarinet lesson, then riding lesson, back to pick up hubby and oldest, into town for lunch, to leisure club for junior gym (actually fun for whole family) home and veg out. Poor bike stuck in garage, but I hope to get her out tomorrow.

I'm glad you got to ride Ed.

3 to 5 degrees here today and raining, same till Monday.
Not riding weather.
I spent the sfternoon changing the oil, gear lube and such on the quadbike in hopes we'll get a decent snow here this year.
Only a dusting so far this year, last year it wouldn't quit.
