There's a squeak in the rear when I compress the shock but I haven't pinpointed it yet. Its only got about 10k miles on it so hopefully the shock will still be useable. It seemed to rebound and dampen ok but I'll look more closely at it later...

Got it running but the tank is leaking from the water vent, anyone have a tank for sale?

I'd check all the bearings on the wheels, headstock and swingarm. Clean up and repack with nice fresh grease.

for the rust i'll definetely go for the tankerite http://www.tankerite.com/ (i can translate the site if u need it) a lot of friends with rust problems solved them with this stuff! it will vreate a whole new layer in the tank so that you won't ever have rust in it!
