It didn't. It cost about twice as much as the reconditioned PCs we bought for the boys, but it was about twice as fast. Of course it also turned out to have a glitch or two. Asrock's definition of Vista compatible turned out to have been written before Vista was released - cue a few power management and graphics "issues"!
