I recommend this Guy. Chalkies Decals. He'll do you some designs and tweak them to what you want. No job too big or small. Friendly bloke, does quality work. No relation to me, I've just had some decals done by him.

There are some high end graffics out there but they cost as much as a decent helmet. (or more in my case having found one on sale) Have seen a few small random stickers on helmets I thought were cool. The England flag on Lissa's helmet comes to mind.
