Can't agree with this more, we have used the same garage for 15 years now, fantastic service and great guys, I would thoroughly recommend Burnt Mill Motors in Harlow to anyone

I went to kwikfit as my lights weren't working. It was a fuse. They spent fifteen minutes working it out, changed it, it all worked, and then refused payment. I gave the guy a tenner for a pint and he refused, then eventually took it.

Its more down to the individuals ,than the name over the door at the end of day.

Definitely true. Had really good service from a kwikfit in Bristol.

They quoted my Grandma £800 to replace parts of the exhaust on her Ka.
Funnily enough it was all sorted and through the MOT for <£50.

Hope they sh*t hedgehogs.

I think it would be a bit of a laugh to find out where the manager lives and nick his catalyser or something for a bit of ironic justice.

I never trust 'quick' places. A honest down to earth garage is what you want. Based on recommendations not covenience.

i know ive said it before, but the chap i take my motor to is a x main dealer mechanic who has gone self employed, have known him for 35 years(but may only see him a couple times a year), and he is a biker as well, but he doesn't charge more then £12 a hour.
could be "great rates or mates rates" as that add goes, but he only charges what the parts cost and doesn't inflate the prices, and isnt worried if i supply the parts, and i cant fault the chap

Well, as I suspected it went through with a clean bill of health.

He did say to her on leaving to tell your dad to keep an eye on the brakes.
