Not exactly, I did have a short tête-a-tete with Mr lav-man though, despite my putting a cup into the bin literally right under his nose he attempted to stop me entering, (yet again), we briefly conversed during which I suggested, nicely of course, that he get used to my face* which would ease the process for us both, if the counter staff can do this it can't be too much surely.
I also suggested he drop the attitude, again, I said this as nicely as could possibly be, as it's making his job harder.
I'm not convinced he has the wit for either of these to be realistic achievements however.

* This shouldn't be difficult - I have a memorable face, not in a positive way I fully accept, but memorable all the same.
