Rockness is amazing! A long way, but book early transport wouldn't be a problem! Really decent atmosphere, people are completely different to TITP and other festivals I have been to. (Creamfields namely) |

Rockness? Bigger than hip, hop, hip, hop.. Failing that there's loads of activity centres in the lakes which do kayaking, sailing, mountain biking, laser quest in the woods etc. (a bit like galloway activity centre where GM5 was this year). Double failing that, there's this site which Owenski Matt told me about: http://www.chillisauce.co.uk/stag-weekends/ Basically you pick from a pre-pack stag weekend/adventure weekend, then set up your group, everyone books onto it and pays for themselves, then away you go. No faffing around collecting money off people and the organiser can see who's paid/yet to pay iirc.
