Is there a chip in the fork working area anywhere?
That can drag a tiny bit of oil past the seal every time its depressed

haven't seen any thing , will wait till it gets worse then strip it and see if I can find the problem , or might try and pick up another fork if one comes up cheep , as only need one ,
