Pointy seat cowl carbon wrap

A good tip with this stuff is to take a needle and puncture through the carbon wrap where you have bubbles, in the pattern itself where you can't see it, flatten it down, job done.

I've been using this stuff for years, and it's amazing just how far you can bend/stretch/shape it.

If you use the 3m stuff, or the more expensive makes they have air holes in them anyway, for this very purpose.

You have do a very good job indeed did my mate belly pan at the weekend he was well happy with it.

I love the look of the rear seat cowl. Shame you cant buy one made of carbon fibre already or lower fairings I wrapped my side pannels and front fender extender and front face of my seat cowl. Pics to follow but now im thinking of wrapping the whole seat cowl as yours looks really good. Well done

Thankyou it was my first attempt managed to get all air bubbles out before I put them on my bike

Looks sweet mate, I'm just doing my front mudguard then that my carbon done. just fitted my belly pan as well.

Is this one piece or did you have to cut two slots at front each corner or you would have excess wrap wouldnt you
