I just checked the STPS, i can turn the nut on the sensor housing and the butterfly valves move but the bar itself seems jammed, but the only thing that seems to be causing this jam is the STPS

Doesn't prime (no fuel pump noise just relay click) and the TB's don't move.

I can't of wired anything up wrong.. It's all multi-plugs haha and i kept most of the connections on the TB hooked up..

What could i possibly of wired wrong.

Is their a easy to read diagram or picture of the multi plugs that is labelled?

the STPS wont move till you turn the ignition on. mucking around with the censor will completely screw the STPS up and will need reset which is a PITA as you need a depthstop/vernier gauge.

if its not going threw the prime then something is not wired up or jammed.

Haha okay okay smarty pants :P

I mean the plugs to the STP and to the injectors themselves where there, only unplugged the wires necessary to release the TB's.
