Currently with Hastings, so far no issues but i haven't needed them in anyway. Helpful on the phone, but you will be charged a fee if buying on the phone-online is fee free. Best quote for me this year by a long way.

MCE-was with them years ago and had a claim go through with them. I was satisfied with the way it was dealt with, handled and the outcome.

Carole Nash-Was only with them a short while before cancelling my policy (price on the new bike was too much so cancelled it). So can't comment on them bar their extortionate admin fee.

EBike-i was with them a few years ago and was very happy. Made a claim which was sorted out quickly and well. It is now a different owner/company now so unsure if they are still as good as before.

bikesure. great to deal with and dont suck through their teeth when you say the bike is modded. some insurance companies wont even look at me for insurance when i tell them what i have done to the bike. the only stipulation with bikesure is that if i crash the bike they put standard parts back on instead of the goodies i have.

+1 Bikesure

Just auto-renewed. Was honest (obviously) about my claim 2 years ago, mods to bike (they're only interested in power-enhancing ones) and yet still came in at £73 FC plus £30 legal (which you might not bother with, until you need them!).

To be fair to Bennett's they were good through my claim and the year after, then bumped by forty quid. That's quite a lot of beer that is!
