yellow - without a doubt - it will add an extra 50bhp to the rear wheel as light bounces off it causing less drag (as compared to the darker colours where the light is absorbed and slows the bike down)

btw - whats the fuel consumption like on a cbr400 - im thinking of getting one
need a low cost low maintenance bike for commuting.

I have had two cbr400rrs now, the NC23 and NC29 (babyblade). They have both been mega cheap to run and really reliable too (touch wood).

But if your looking for cheap the NC23 is the one, you will get it a lot cheaper as its the older model. Its a bit slower but a bit better on the old drink!

Both sweet little bikes though, although as I said not for distance.

Yellow of course.

I had problems deciding. I originally wanted a black bike but changed my mind to blue. I was wavering between blue and yellow when I went to buy the bike. The dealer didn't have a blue SV650S in stock so that made up my mind. Yellow it was.

Wait for the K5 and the black frame if you want a yellow one... Mmm.

You do have to cut the pipes to fit an afterarket can, but don't worry about it, it takes no time at all and doesn't significantly effect resale value.

I'd love one of those wee CBRs, but I've never looked back since getting the SV.

It looks like yellow is the favouraite then. I think I will wait for the K5 is it released in March?

Does anyone know if the new K5 will be at the NEC show by the way, as I would really like to see the highly debatable new frame in the flesh? I guess suzuki will reduce the K4 next year To get rid of them!?!

Thanks again for everyone who has kindly helped me in my quest for a new bike. I am real glad I found this site, its great - the ride outs look like good fun too. Are they open to all SV riders?
