i've only done 13k.... altho it only had 3k when I got it a year ago, and I plan on putting alot more on it this summer

Thats evey 7 months for me 37000miles, 5 years, been off the road about 8 months out of that for various reasons

YEah, but they are american miles, aren't they different to UK miles? Something like 3 mile to every 1 uk mile or something

Your bike must bounce like a kangaroo with the original shock! Mine was gone at 28k! The difference was astounding when replaced.

My shock feels pretty solid right now. feel every bump there is on the road. That'll cos t a bit to replace me thinks.

I'm just over 20000 now. Not all mine though..

If you mean good for resale, yeah, if you mean good in that the bike's hardly been ridden, then no.
